To secure your spot at the Sturgeon Moon Retreat, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. Your reservation is not confirmed until this deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due by July 11, 2025.
Failure to complete payment by this date will result in the cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

This retreat is a sacred container. Each spot carries energetic weight and is held with deep intention. By claiming your place, you enter a soul agreement—with yourself, with the work, and with the sacred field we’re co-creating.

The Sturgeon Moon Retreat is a rain-or-shine sacred gathering. Once you register, your place is intentionally limited and energetically held. However, in the rare event of unforeseen circumstances or other unexpected events beyond our control, Sacred Healer reserves the right to cancel the retreat.

If cancellation becomes necessary, you will receive either:
• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer your registration to a future Sacred Healer retreat.

Please refer to the Force Majeure section for additional details regarding cancellations due to natural disasters, government actions, or other disruptions outside of our control.

We do not offer refunds for personal cancellations, scheduling changes, or change of heart.
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or lodging expenses, and strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

We ask that you honor these times as part of the sacred rhythm of the retreat container. Early arrivals or late departures disrupt the energetic field we are cultivating together. Please plan your travel accordingly.

The Sturgeon Moon Retreat is a sacred, transformational experience—not a medical program. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition.

If you have medical concerns, you are encouraged to consult your healthcare provider before attending. Your wellbeing is your responsibility, and your presence is an empowered choice.

By choosing to attend this retreat, you acknowledge and accept that participation is entirely voluntary and carries inherent risks. Sacred Healer, its sponsors, organizers, and facilitators assume no liability for injury, loss, damage, or unforeseen events that may occur during the retreat, on or off retreat property. 

In the event of a medical emergency, we will act in good faith and take appropriate action—including contacting emergency services or arranging transport to the nearest medical facility.All related medical or emergency costs are the sole responsibility of the participant.

By registering, you agree to release Sacred Healer and all affiliates from any and all claims or liabilities that may arise from your participation.

This is a sacred space, held in deep reverence and mutual respect. Participants are expected to show up with grace, dignity, and conscious care for the land, the facilitators, and one another.
Disruptive behavior, disrespect, or violation of sacred space will not be tolerated.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited on retreat grounds.
   
• Any damage caused to the retreat property, intentionally or through negligence, will be the financial responsibility of the attendee.
   

We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave, without refund, if conduct is unsafe or misaligned with the sanctity of this container.

Sacred Healer is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of God, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events.

Should such circumstances arise, we will make every effort to adapt, reschedule, or offer alternatives in alignment with the highest good of all participants.

This is a sacred container, and its essence is part of the greater ripple we’re here to share. By attending the retreat, you grant permission for photographs and video footage taken during the experience to be used by Sacred Healer for promotional and marketing purposes, including online and in print.

If you do not wish to appear in any media, please submit a written request prior to the start of the retreat, and we will honor your privacy.

We honor the vulnerability and truth shared within this container. The facilitators will hold your stories in reverence and will make every effort to maintain confidentiality. That said, we cannot guarantee the privacy of conversations in group spaces.

Participants are encouraged to speak and share mindfully, and to protect one another’s stories as sacred and confidential outside of the container.

Sacred Healer reserves the right to adjust elements of the retreat—including but not limited to the schedule, accommodations, facilitators, or activities—as needed to preserve the integrity, flow, and transformational potential of the experience.

All changes will be made with intention and care, in alignment with the soul of the retreat and in service to those present.

By booking and attending the Sturgeon Moon Retreat, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. This agreement is considered legally binding upon confirmation of your booking.

You may also be asked to review and sign a physical copy of this document upon arrival at the retreat. By signing, you formally acknowledge your consent and agreement to these terms in accordance with their legal enforceability.
