Deposit: To secure your spot at the retreat, you may either pay in full when booking or place a non-refundable deposit of $500. One of these options must be completed to confirm your reservation. 

Payment Deadline:  The remaining balance is due by March 1, 2025. Failure to complete payment by this date will result in the cancellation of your reservation and the forfeiture of your deposit. 

Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made on or before February 28, 2025, are eligible for a refund of 50% of the booking price.
• After February 28, 2025, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted, and all payments made will be forfeited.

Retreat Cancellation Policy:
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat for any reason prior to March 5, 2025. In the event of such a cancellation, all payments made, including the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel expenses, and recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes.

Check-In: Begins at 5:00 PM on April 2, 2025.

Check-Out: Must be completed before 12:00 PM (noon) local time on April 6, 2025

Nature of the Retreat:
This retreat is not a medical program and does not offer to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition or disease. Participants are encouraged to consult their healthcare provider before attending if they have any medical concerns.

Liability Disclaimer:
The sponsors and organizers of this retreat are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that may occur during the retreat. By attending the retreat, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release the sponsors, organizers, and staff from any and all claims or liabilities arising from your attendance.

In the event of a medical emergency or if urgent medical care is required, the organizers will take appropriate action, which may include contacting emergency services (dialing 911) or arranging transport to the nearest medical facility. All associated costs for emergency or medical care will be the responsibility of the participant.

Code of Conduct:
Attendees are expected to treat the retreat space, staff, and fellow participants with grace, dignity, and respect. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited on the retreat property. Any damage caused to the retreat property or facilities by an attendee will be the sole financial responsibility of the individual.

Force Majeure: 

• The retreat organizers are not liable for delays, cancellations, or other disruptions caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Photography and Media Release: 

• By attending the retreat, you grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes unless you explicitly notify the organizers in writing before the retreat begins.

Confidentiality: 

• The organizers will make every effort to maintain the confidentiality of attendees. However, participants are encouraged to practice discretion when sharing personal information during group sessions or activities.

Changes to the Program: 

• The organizers reserve the right to make adjustments to the retreat schedule, accommodations, or activities as necessary to enhance the overall experience or due to unforeseen circumstances.

By booking and attending the retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms are legally binding upon confirmation of your booking.

Please note that you may also be required to review and sign a physical copy of this document upon arrival at the retreat. By signing, you formally acknowledge your agreement to these terms and conditions in accordance with their legal enforceability.
